Cinco de Mayo at Valley Junction

At the Valley Junction Cinco de Mayo festival we opened a booth selling Colombian empanadas & arepas. It was a long day and a lot of work but it was worth it; we received a lot of good comments about the food. We all had specific duties at the booth. Jaz took orders, Daniel and Gladys cooked the arepas while Bill fryed the empanadas. The girls had fun too. Reinaldo was in charge of them. Samuel brought customers (mostly girls) and sampled the food. He got suppliess for us too. What a great day !!!

Oh my gosh. I wish we could have made it to the festival! Your food is soooo good. Glad I can have some in my kitchen! What was the other food you served besides empanadas?
